Payments Policy

1. Payment Requirement

All services provided by Motion Made Smart must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Free consultations are available prior to booking to help customers determine the appropriate services.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Motion Made Smart accepts the following payment methods:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Discover

  • ACH (where available)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Link

  • Afterpay

  • Klarna

Payment methods may vary by service type and availability.

3. Financing Options

Financing is available through Afterpay and Klarna, subject to approval by the financing provider.

  • Financing applies to installation services and device purchases

  • Motion Care Plans are not eligible for financing and must be paid in full at enrollment

  • Customers are responsible for all financing terms, fees, and repayment schedules set by the provider

All workmanship guarantees apply equally to financed purchases, provided the Motion Care Plan remains active.

4. Deposits & Prepayments

  • All bookings require full prepayment unless otherwise stated

  • Deposits are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours’ notice → Full refund

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice → Payment is non-refundable

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge

  • Additional rescheduling requests may require a new booking

6. Missed Appointments

A missed appointment occurs when the customer is not present or fails to provide access at the scheduled time without at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed appointments are non-refundable

  • The original payment may be applied to a rescheduled appointment at Motion Made Smart’s discretion

7. Additional Services

Requests for services outside the agreed Scope of Work require:

  • Customer approval

  • Additional payment

  • Scheduling for a future visit if necessary

Motion Made Smart is not obligated to perform additional work during the same appointment.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact Motion Made Smart directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in forfeiture of warranties, care plan benefits, and future service eligibility.

9. Taxes & Fees

Applicable taxes and processing fees will be calculated at checkout where required by law.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By booking services with Motion Made Smart, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Payment Policy.
